Responsibilities
- PGIM Global Services provides the operations and technology capabilities that help PGIM deliver world-class investment management services globally.
- Your leadership will help maintain strong controls, support regulatory and accounting requirements, and enable better outcomes for business partners across the enterprise.
- In this role, you'll lead a team supporting investment accounting, reporting, and analysis activities across domestic and international businesses.
- You'll partner closely with teams across PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to support critical reporting activities, drive operational improvements, and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
- You'll serve as a key partner across the organization, helping deliver accurate and timely month-end and quarter-end results while supporting strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of accounting professionals, creating an environment focused on growth, performance, and continuous improvement.
- Drive accurate accounting and reporting of complex investment transactions across multiple asset classes and currencies.
- Partner with stakeholders across PGIM, Treasury, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology to resolve issues, support business initiatives, and deliver solutions.
- Review of monthly requests for our various business partners across the company, including international subsidiaries.
- Lead projects and system enhancement initiatives that strengthen investment accounting capabilities and support future business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in investment operations, investment accounting, finance, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of investment products and investment accounting principles.
- Experience with PAM for Investments, Cognos, Oracle, or similar investment accounting and reporting platforms.
