About the role
- Job Description The Finance group is searching for a Senior Fund Accountant to join the team.

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the company.
Requirements
- Analytical capability: strong ability to analyze and evaluate data, formulate accurate conclusions and clearly recommend creative solutions.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check
- Our ideal candidate is independent, motivated, detail‐orientated and able to analyze data and convey conclusions effectively.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or business with 3-5 years of related work experience.
- Experience with fund accounting/financial reporting for private funds, and/or BDCs preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Working knowledge of Wall Street Office ("WSO"), LoanIQ, or Advent Geneva preferred
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work from the NY office and travel as necessary

- Coordinate and liaison between fund administrators and external auditors throughout annual audit procedures
