- Kraken Robotics is currently recruiting for an Engineering Process Improvement Engineer to join our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia office.
- Analyze current engineering processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and risks
- AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in engineering, process improvement, or engineering operations.
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows, product lifecycle management, and configuration control.
- Experience implementing and managing part numbering systems and product structures.
- Familiarity with Engineering Change Management processes (ECR/ECO).
- Experience with process mapping methodologies and tools (e.g., flowcharts, value stream mapping).
