About this position: In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership and strategic skills to help meet and exceed branch goals.

Lead the launch of our newest branch.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
Your team will look to you for guidance, direction and planning support.

Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
While previous experience in recruiting is not required, we are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience.
