Responsibilities

  • Own the PLG surface area completely - product decisions, UX decisions, prioritization
  • Build the measurement framework for the activation funnel - establish what we track and use it to drive what to ship next

Requirements

  • Prior experience with PLG or growth mechanics (activation loops, onboarding flows, self-serve conversion)
  • Strong product judgment: you can walk a product, identify what's slowing users down, and prioritize the highest-impact fixes without being told what they are

Nice to have

  • Experience at a company that scaled through self-serve
  • Seattle strongly preferred

  • We offer a salary range of $160,000-$250,000 depending on level and location, benchmarked against market data for startups our size, plus competitive stock options with standard 4-year vesting and a 1-year cliff.
