About the role

Semtech is looking for a numbers savvy Financial/Market Analyst Intern!
The Financial/Market Analyst Intern will be involved with all phases of planning, forecasting, financial control, reporting, analysis, financial modeling, and also participate on various projects.

Responsibilities

Ad hoc analysis and reporting for decision support.
Support and understand strategic goals and product lines of the SIP Division to help achieve their ABP.
Execute ad-hoc financial/quantitative analysis and various reporting requests in support of divisional and corporate managers.

Requirements

Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance
Experience using Microsoft Office with intermediate excel skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables).
Ability to prioritize based on opportunities and effectively multitask.
Incumbents may be required to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically included in this description.

Nice to have

financial/business modeling experience a plus.
Detail oriented mindset, strong data analysis skills
