About the role
- With the intent to offer the Medical Lab Assistant program, WCC invites applications from eligible and experienced candidates for the position of Instructor for the Medical Lab Assistant Program.
- J ob Title: MLA Instructor Responsibilities: Participate in the development of curriculum as per the BCSLS Competencies for Lab Assistants.
- Qualifications: Certified Medical Lab Assistant with more than 10 years of work experience working in the field OR teaching experience of more than 2 years in the same field.

Requirements
- Certified Medical Lab Assistant with more than 10 years of work experience working in the field OR teaching experience of more than 2 years in the same field.
- For the teaching laboratory section, the required qualification is a Certified Medical Laboratory Technologist.
- Fixed Term Contract from September 2, 2026, to January 21, 2027
- Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 9:30 PM
