- The MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (MSEIT) effort provides leading edge Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) for the US Space Force's Space Systems Center (SSC).

Responsibilities
- Apply Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to support development of technical baselines
- Lead and supporting Government/Contractor Working Group meetings-by creating briefings, leading discussion, and writing minutes-to resolve risks, requirement gaps, integration issues, and action items
- Facilitate review of program documents by providing comments, compiling other reviewer comments, and working with contractor to adjudicate the comments
- Support management of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule disconnects and conflicts, developing action plans for resolution, and assisting the Government in executing selected solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications
- ABILITY TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN A DOD SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION FOR WHICH, YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- Master's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, or network and telecommunications
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with MILSATCOM, such as AEHF, EPS, WGS, and FAB-T terminal programs
- Experience with ground and airborne systems, such as terminals and networks
- 8+ years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Satellite Communications
- Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools used to support requirements development and traceability
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organization capability with ability to handle competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients

Compensation
- $123,000 - $154,000 USD
