About the role
- Both parents work demanding schedules: one is in-office most of the week with remote Fridays, and the other is beginning a graduate program in the fall, with in-person evening classes.
Responsibilities
- Family Support & Child Assistance Pick-ups and drop-offs | our most urgent need is consistent support on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 4:00 PM - 7:30 PM.
- Maintain flexibility in working days to align with the family's evolving weekly needs and schedule.

- We already have a professional cleaning team who comes in every other week, so this role is about managing the systems, logistics, and rhythms that keep a busy family running smoothly.

Compensation
- $38-$45 per hour based on experience Start Date: ASAP
