About the role
- Hightouch is looking for Account Executives to join the founding Ad Studio sales team.
- This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define how we bring it to market.
- You'll be one of the first AEs dedicated to Ad Studio, which means you'll have real influence over the sales motion, the ICP, and how we position the product with customers.
Responsibilities
- With complete brand context, customer data, and performance history in one place, every marketer finally has the power to build and ship end-to-end campaigns themselves.
- Ad Studio is one of our newest products and lets performance marketing teams build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using AI, all backed by first-party data.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
- We care less about years of experience and more about the impact and results of your work
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers is a strong plus
Skills
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
- $200,000-$350,000 annually
- We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
