About the role
- This position ensures projects are completed on time, meet company quality standards, and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Install, repair, and inspect asphalt shingle roofs and gutter systems.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a roofing crew on residential job sites.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Team Lead is responsible for leading a crew in the safe, efficient, and high-quality installation and repair of residential roofing systems, including asphalt shingles and gutter systems.
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation and gutter systems.
- Ability to Work at Heights: Comfort and excellent balance are crucial when working on steep slopes and great heights to avoid falls.
- Teamwork: Ability to work with the installation team to accomplish all tasks in a timely manner.
- Qualifications 3+ years of experience in residential roofing, including shingle installation and gutter systems.
Nice to have
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
Compensation
- $65k-$70k
