About the role
- This position will initially be a part-time seasonal contract role and is expected to expand in scope to provide maternity leave coverage through the holiday season and into the new year.
- The ideal candidate enjoys managing multiple priorities, providing an excellent candidate experience, and keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Process candidate records and maintain accurate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Support offer administration, including offer preparation and tracking.
- Support recruiting campaigns through email and SMS outreach.
- Maintain candidate searches and talent pools across multiple recruiting tools.
- Assist with candidate engagement initiatives designed to generate applicant flow for priority openings.
- Create and maintain job requisitions and job postings.
- Help maintain recruiting processes, documentation, and system data integrity.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, scheduling, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Comfortable learning new technology and working within multiple software systems.
