Responsibilities
- We're hiring a Growth Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth across key parts of Chime's member funnel.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to drive growth initiatives across acquisition, conversion, activation, and early retention.
- Develop, launch, and measure experiments across marketing, onboarding, and product experiences, using data and insights to inform future optimization efforts.
- Support quarterly planning by identifying growth opportunities, sizing potential impact, and contributing recommendations to the team roadmap.
- Partner with Lifecycle teams to deliver cohesive member journeys from acquisition through onboarding and early retention.
- Experience partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Lifecycle teams to launch and optimize member experiences.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related role.

Compensation
- The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $131,000.00 and up to $181,000.00.
- The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
