  • We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our San Francisco office - three days per week.

  • Define, document, standardize, and enable guidelines for service platform usage and governance.
  • Evaluate, integrate, or build developer infrastructure tools, such as CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring/alerting, and internal dashboards.
  • Mentor other engineers, provide guidance and support, help incorporate feedback from across the org, and foster a culture of shared ownership and collaboration.
  • Proven understanding of building, deploying, and operating distributed microservices in a containerized cloud environment (e.g. Kubernetes).
  • Experience designing, building, or maintaining developer tooling, shared libraries, or internal platform services.
  • An ownership approach, and an ability to drive projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
  • Background in developer efficiency, build systems, CI/CD pipelines, or internal tooling.
  • If you're ready to bring your energy, ideas, and drive, let's build something incredible together.

Requirements

  • Experience with observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing), telemetry pipelines, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure.
  • Experience with deployment automation, cloud services, and platform operations.
  • You can identify with engineers and propose extensible solutions to the problems they are facing.

Skills
