About the role
- Job Description The CNA/Medication Technician @ The Fountains administers resident medication or assist residents with self-administration of medication and coordinate treatments to residents.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living while encouraging independence and ensuring each resident's physical, social, cultural, and intellectual well-being.
- This is a full-time position, 6pm - 7am, + every other weekend (3 x 12 hr shifts).

- Observe residents for any changes in condition and report to Care Services Director, Resident Care Coordinator (RCC)/Dementia Care Coordinator (DCC), or appropriate physician Assist residents with simple requests as needed or find an appropriate associate to assist Learn resident preferences for opportunities to provide exemplary customer service, exceed resident expectations and enhance resident satisfaction Document and report changes of condition and use company forms for resident care documentation Provide medication set up and assistance Log in medications from pharmacies, verify physician's orders and communicate any concerns immediately Track all medications and re-order as needed
