About the role

- As a Residential Instructor, you'll work with youth with neurological and or psychological disabilities.
- Our clients range from clients who have experienced trauma and abuse, to clients who have non-verbal and behavioral disorders.
Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following
- An Associates or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 credits in Human Services
- Two years of experience working with children
- A combination of Human Service college credits and experience working with children totaling 2 years
- Be a Parent of a child 7 years of age or older
- You must be 21 years of age or older, have a minimum of a High School Diploma and meet one of the following qualifications:

- Candidates must also have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation
- $23.00-$28.00 hourly, based upon qualifications, related experience and education.
- Sign-On Bonuses are paid out over your first 6 months.
- Hours: 2nd shift
- Sunday 8am -10:30pm, Monday 130-10:30pm, Tuesday 1:30-10:30pm, Wednesday 12pm-1030pm.
- Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
- 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
