About the role
- In every aspect of our communities, Monarch prioritizes the health of our residents, their families and our entire team.
- They also help supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by care staff of CNA's and Home Health Aides (HHAs).
- Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents.
Requirements
- Promote the highest degree of service to our residents while leading and demonstrating the mission of the company
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
Compensation
- $35.00 - $36.00 Hourly
