Responsibilities
- Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
- Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
- Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and making operator repairs.
- The Materials Handler will be responsible for receiving, picking, packing, and transferring materials in a warehouse setting to support the flow of production, inbound, and outbound materials.

Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desired.
- Team player mentality. ability to understand how company goals can translate to daily activities.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS systems
- Required +1 years experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar.
- Familiar with computer data entry and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and enjoy solving problems.
- Certifications: Certified or capable of being certified to operate a forklift (stand-up and sit-down)
- Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
- Final salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.

- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and TMS systems - RF Smart and Ship Hawk are preferred.
