Responsibilities
- The Internal Controls Manager will maintain a high standard of internal controls for accounting and/or financial operations by providing leadership and guidance with the assigned function(s).
- This role will manage the business process controls for the North American Segment of Kraft Heinz under the direction of the Internal Controls Leader.
Skills
- Conduct risk assessment at entity and process level in collaboration with senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices.
Compensation
- $104,200.00 - $130,200.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
