Responsibilities
- As the leader of your assigned home, you'll supervise staff, coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, and create an environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

- Paid Training & Leadership Development $$$ Begin Your Leadership Journey with Paid On-the-Job Training! $$$ Your Leadership Responsibilities Manage Residential Operations Direct the daily operation of an assigned Community Living residence while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
- Lead, Coach & Develop Staff Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals and supervisory staff.
- Support Individuals & Their Goals Ensure individuals receive services that align with their Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs).
- Build collaborative relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous program improvement.
- Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage household budgets, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support Residential Services.

Requirements
- Ensure Quality & Regulatory Compliance Oversee documentation, medication systems, communication logs, and required reporting.
- Complete administrative reports, payroll approvals, and required documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Successful candidates should possess: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Compensation
- $62,753.60 annually Lead a Team.
