  • As the leader of your assigned home, you'll supervise staff, coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, and create an environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

  • Lead, Coach & Develop Staff Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals and supervisory staff.
  • Support Individuals & Their Goals Ensure individuals receive services that align with their Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs).
  • Build collaborative relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous program improvement.
  • Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage household budgets, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.
  • Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support Residential Services.

Requirements

  • Ensure Quality & Regulatory Compliance Oversee documentation, medication systems, communication logs, and required reporting.
  • Complete administrative reports, payroll approvals, and required documentation accurately and on schedule.
  • Successful candidates should possess: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as required.

Compensation

  • $62,753.60 annually Lead a Team.
