As the leader of your assigned home, you'll supervise staff, coordinate services, ensure regulatory compliance, and create an environment where individuals are empowered to live with dignity, independence, and choice.

Paid Training & Leadership Development $$$ Begin Your Leadership Journey with Paid On-the-Job Training! $$$ Your Leadership Responsibilities Manage Residential Operations Direct the daily operation of an assigned Community Living residence while ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
Lead, Coach & Develop Staff Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals and supervisory staff.
Support Individuals & Their Goals Ensure individuals receive services that align with their Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs).
Build collaborative relationships with families, guardians, support coordinators, and interdisciplinary team members.
Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous program improvement.
Financial & Administrative Oversight Manage household budgets, purchasing, inventory, and operational expenses.
Perform additional leadership responsibilities that support Residential Services.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as required.
