- In addition, this role will actively recruit through heavy talent sourcing, candidate identification, and growth of business affiliations by attending various recruiting events.
Nice to have
- Prefer minimum three (3) years in a recruiting role
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite with excellent data entry and technical writing skills
- Exemplary verbal acuity with ability to communicate with all level applicants
- Strategic and dynamic thinker, enthusiastic attitude and quick to take initiative
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented team player
- Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to success in this role.
- Prefer bachelor's degree
- Additional HR Certifications a plus
