Responsibilities
- Define, document, and standardize key people metrics and reporting methodologies across the organization.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate them into scalable analytics solutions, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations in a concise, actionable way.
- Develop automated data pipelines and workflows to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
- Integrate and manage data from multiple sources using APIs, data connectors, and automation tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools; use APIs to automate and connect data sources.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence or a related field.
- Experience working with HR, workforce, or people-related data.
- Strong proficiency with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Experience with Python, R, or another scripting language for data analysis and automation.
- Experience working with APIs and data integrations
- Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as UKG Pro, Greenhouse, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
- Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exposure to statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques.
