About the role

Supporting these critical services is an essential job duty, and a fundamental responsibility of all employees and contractors.
Prepare financial analysis for health centers and programs.
Prepare and summarize business insights for management team.

Proactively deliver timely and accurate reporting to monitor monthly and quarterly financial changes. Prepare and summarize business insights for management team.
Develop key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to support management financial awareness and drive fiscal responsibility.
Collaborate regularly with Controller and accounting team to ensure alignment between budget and actuals as well as understand what is driving variances.
Create and maintain training materials and procedural documents as it pertains to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Assist in the management, and support and maintenance of financial systems used within the finance and accounting departments.
Present findings to senior leadership and develop materials for Board Meetings.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience required.
Master of Business Administration degree, Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst preferred.
Ten (10) years of experience in financial planning and analysis required.
Three (3) to five (5) years of supervisory experience required
Ability and willingness to travel within Los Angeles County.

Drive the annual planning and periodic forecasting processes utilizing analytical tools and models and working closely with the senior management.
