About the role

  • This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Mondays & Tuesdays.
  • Effective communication and collaboration within the team, across teams and departments is critical.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
  • Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • In this capacity, you'll analyze, code, configure, test, debug, document and maintain applications.

Skills

  • Proficiency in one or more programming language such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex business and development problems.
  • Insurance/financial services industry knowledge a plus.
  • Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

  • Education: Completion of undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, or other related degree.
  • Technology experience or non-traditional technology certificates can be substituted for an undergraduate degree.

Compensation

  • Please be aware that the salary ranges listed below reflect full-time compensation.
  • Actual compensation may be prorated based on the number of hours worked relative to a full-time schedule.
  • $95,500.00-$177,500.00
  • $95,500.00 - $143,500.00
