Responsibilities
- Design and build real-time UIs that present coherent visualizations of market activity, system performance, and trading operations, giving traders intuitive control over complex systems Develop and maintain internal tooling and dashboards that surface actionable insights from live financial and operational data.
- Our team spans trading, engineering, and business operations, working together to build and support the systems that power the firm.
- Collaborate closely with traders, quant researchers, and algo developers to understand workflows and translate them into reliable software solutions Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing systems across the trading lifecycle Take end-to-end ownership of projects, driving them from initial scoping and design through implementation, deployment, and long-term maintenance
Compensation
- Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
- The base salary for this role is 150,000 - 175,000 USD per year
