About the role
- Employees in sales positions may be eligible for our sales incentive bonuses.
- The base salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $170,000.
Responsibilities
- include defining analog IC and module products, modeling EMI, developing and debugging reference circuits and IC prototype, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training.
- MPS is looking for an experienced, driven and winning-attitude professional to drive the definition and development of High Power/High Voltage products for Automotive, Server Power, and Industrial markets as a Senior Applications Engineer.
- Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define analog IC products in high power, isolated, and wideband gap solutions
- Modeling EMI and design EMI reduction techniques and solutions
- Work with customer and field application team to provide support on total high power sub-system solutions.
- Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.
Requirements
- BSEE or higher required
Nice to have
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Mandarin is a plus.
- Prior experience in supporting or defining high power IC or modeling high power IC related EMI is preferred.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this position in California is $120,000 - $170,000.
