About the role
- The home health aide is responsible for observing patients, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care performed.
- The home health aide will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity and safety of a patient's care, and only after successful completion of a competency evaluation program.
- CNA, is also a part of the interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
- Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
- The ability to drive and/or have access to transportation for agency related travel (e.g. community partners, patients, etc.) is an essential function of the job.
Skills

Compensation
- Attend 12 clock hours of in-service training annually during a 12-month period.

- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance coverage and have access to an automobile.
