Responsibilities
- Support environmental risk assessments, including data compilation, analysis, and documentation.
- Compile and review environmental laboratory data (soil, groundwater, vapour, sediment, surface water, etc.), evaluate quality concerns, maintain chain of custody, and compare relative to regulatory standards and screening benchmarks for use in site investigation and risk assessment.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant environmental consulting experience (or equivalent post-graduate experience).
Nice to have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details and commitment to quality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,).
- Familiarity with database/data management principles.
- Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization for environmental data.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, take pride and ownership of work deliverables, and take direction from senior staff.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct fieldwork.
