About the role

  • Including, but not limited to, work scopes, inspection forms, hold tags, photo logs, turnover logs. - Observe all safety regulations.
  • The expected hourly rate for this position is between $30 - $50 / hour based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Perform dynamic balance of rotating equipment.
  • Perform a re-blade of a turbine rotor disk, including peening of blade tenons to Elliott specifications.
  • Read and understand Elliott procedures, specifications, bulletins and other relevant technical documents.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform or assist with non-destructive testing to Elliott specifications.

Requirements

  • Participation in the safety committee may be required.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in turbomachinery repairs.
  • Must have a strong mechanical background.
  • Completion of a trade school or apprenticeship would be beneficial
  • Manual machining experience is a plus.
  • Comparable experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Compensation

  • $30k-$50k
