Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Associate Director, IT Systems, this role will serve as a key partner to Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and external business partners to improve processes, strengthen integrations, and maximize the value of our NetSuite ERP platform.
  • You will help drive ERP enhancements, support critical business operations, and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency across the organization.
  • ERP Administration & Support Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite ERP.
  • Configure and maintain workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, and permissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with users to identify and resolve business challenges.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement initiatives.
  • Supply Chain & Business Process Optimization Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and optimize key workflows across procurement, inventory management, production planning, order management, fulfillment, and financial operations.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements that support Spindrift's continued growth.
  • Systems Integrations Support ERP integration initiatives that improve connectivity across supply chain and operational processes.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work from our Newton, MA office at least 4 days a week.

Compensation

  • $95k-$105k
