Responsibilities

  • We own and operate apartment communities across the Midwest and are known for our strong operational standards, collaborative culture, and people-first mindset.
  • We're a team of driven, approachable professionals who move quickly, communicate openly, and support one another.
  • Principal Accountabilities Perform all work in accordance with ARTISAN policies and procedures, as well as all relevant federal, state, and local laws (including Fair Housing, ADA, and FCRA).
  • Maintain community buildings, equipment, and grounds to support operational and resident satisfaction goals.
  • Complete building repairs such as drywall, flooring, doors, hardware, windows, screens and more.
  • Maintain pools/spas, chemicals, logs, and associated safety equipment (where applicable).

Requirements

  • Participate in required ARTISAN training and development programs.
  • A strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols is required.
