About the role
- Job Description Harborview Medical Center - Admitting has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Services Specialist Supervisor.
- This role is responsible for leading and supervising staff in the Patient Services Specialist class series, as well as other assigned personnel.
- Harborview provides exceptional care in areas such as emergency medicine, trauma and burn care, neurosciences, ophthalmology, vascular surgery, HIV/AIDS, rehabilitation, mental health, and substance abuse care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee staff scheduling, HR data systems, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Track inventory, submit repair orders, and support departmental quality improvement efforts.
- Supervise and support staff while modeling professional and courteous communication.
- Develop, implement, and maintain organizational systems and unit procedures.
- Collaborate to uphold safety standards, infection control, and emergency protocols.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a medically related or public relations field
- Four years of experience as a Patient Services Specialist

Compensation
- Evening Shift Differential: $1.75 per hourNight Shift Differential: $2.50 per hourWeekend Differential: $2.00 per hour
- $27.71 hourly Pay Range Maximum:
