About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable aging and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices. · Contact clients via phone and email regarding overdue balances and payment status. · Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment disputes, and account issues. · Maintain accurate records of collection activities, customer communications, and payment commitments. · Reconcile customer accounts and ensure payments are properly applied. · Work closely with clients, Account Executives, and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues. · Prepare and distribute customer statements and aging reports. · Monitor customer payment trends and escalate delinquent accounts as necessary. · Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable. · Recommend process improvements to increase collection efficiency and reduce outstanding balances. · Support the Finance team with special projects and reporting as needed. · Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial matters.
