About the role
- We're seeking an Office Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.
- You'll be the first point of contact in our San Francisco office, ensuring everything runs smoothly-from greeting visitors to maintaining spaces that reflect our standards of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and prepare conference rooms including AV setup and support.
- Support the Facilities team in onboarding new hires and managing vendors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless office experience.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in office coordination, hospitality, or facilities roles within professional settings.
- Ideal Candidate Background
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- experience with systems like Zoom Rooms, Monday.com, or Salesforce is a plus.
Compensation
- Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks.
- There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
- A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is $33.65 to $40.86 an hour, overtime eligible; $70,000 - $85,000 annualized, based on a standard 40-hour workweek for 52 weeks.
