About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver a "Remarkable Service" experience from the first handshake to the final signature.
- We provide a fully paid, world-class training program to teach you the "tricks of the trade." Warm Leads Provided: Forget cold calling.
- Full Support: Company vehicle, gas card, tools, equipment, and even laundered uniforms provided.
- Closing: Present solutions and secure the "YES" by building trust and demonstrating value.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a "Remarkable Service" experience from the first handshake to the final signature.
Requirements
- Ability to work in varying climates and physical environments (attics, crawl spaces, and roofs).
Nice to have
- 2-3 years of sales experience (Home Installation or Repair sales is a huge plus).
Skills

Compensation
- $200,000 - $400,000 (Top performers average $250k+ by
