About the role
- Duties/Expectations: This professional-track position has a course-load of 4-3-2 (27 credit-hours per year).
- Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: 1.
- Teaching (70%) - Teach nine courses per year (27 credit hours).
Requirements
- All new employees who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will be required to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend.
- All faculty are required to abide by the university's Honor Code and Dress & Grooming Standards.
- The required degree must be completed prior to the start date.
- The required degree must be completed by the start date.
- Experience teaching Spanish courses at the university level is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English is also required.
- Failure to attach the required documents may result in your application not being considered.
Compensation
- This professional-track position has a course-load of 4-3-2 (27 credit-hours per year).
- Teach nine courses per year (27 credit hours). These include a variety of courses at the undergraduate level, including Third-Year Spanish Reading, Grammar, and Culture, Third-Year Spanish Composition, and/or other courses, depending on expertise.
- Teaching (70%) - Teach nine courses per year (27 credit hours).
