You'll work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and cross-functional partnerships-building the playbooks, processes, and analytical foundations that support growing our new Large Group Order product lines.
Own GTM and onboarding strategy and operations: Define and execute the go-to-market approach for merchant and customer acquisition.
You have a track record of owning GTM initiatives end-to-end-from strategy through execution-and are comfortable building processes in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

You have 3-5 years of experience in strategy & operations, management consulting, or a high-growth B2B or marketplace environment.

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants.
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$87,000 - $128,000 USD

As a Senior Associate on the DoorDash for Business Large Group Orders team, you will develop the go-to-market strategy and onboarding experience for enterprise customers and merchant partners.
