About the role
- You'll be responsible for revolutionizing how life sciences organizations interact with AI.
- Working at the intersection of customer and product, you'll orchestrate frontier AI models into practical solutions that transform drug development timelines from months to minutes.
- Thoughtful problem solvers: You approach problems holistically, starting with a clear and accurate understanding of the context.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI deployments with Top 10 Pharma and leading biotech organizations, from pilot through production adoption
- Configure and customize AI Assistants and Agents hands-on in the platform to deliver clear, measurable value
- Develop repeatable deployment playbooks and best practices to scale successful implementations
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities based on usage patterns and adjacent workflow needs
- Operate as day-to-day strategic partner to customer sponsors, ensuring momentum and removing blockers
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or client-facing roles
- Background in enterprise software deployments or post-sale customer work
- Prior experience collaborating with product or engineering teams
- Familiarity with AI/LLM capabilities and deployment patterns
