Identify and implement improvements in instrumentation/control systems and s upport effective Management of Change, including PSM and validation considerations.
Maintain knowledge continuity through specific subject matter expertise in an element of the site control system.
Manage assigned capital projects within approved cost, schedule, and scope constraints.
Participate in control systems lifecycle planning to ensure continued support and fit for use as they approach obsolescence.
Drive continuous improvement within plant automation. Develop a professional skillset to enable improved process efficiency and control system reliability.

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, controls Engineering, automation, or a related field, or relevant experience in automation/controls.
Demonstrated knowledge of PLC and DCS hardware and software, as well as data historians.
Project Management experience and a track record of successful projects.
Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and principles.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Proven experience working with DeltaV systems in a manufacturing environment, such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry (preferred).
Experience with network infrastructure.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is a plus.

$84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
