About the role

  • Manage escalated Client Succes VINs with peers and agents
  • Create and manage corrective action of a vendor

Requirements

  • Demonstrate proficiency in making real time phone calls through the recorded line to verify vehicle status with pickup sites

Nice to have

  • 1+ years' experience in transportation field or automotive auction house
  • 1+ years' experience in sales or call center

Compensation

  • Hourly base pay rate is $16.59 - $24.86/hour.
  • The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
