About the role
- Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services.
- They will provide mentorship to ensure the success of their application team and oversee the quality of work product for their application and others.
- They will contribute to engagement strategy and are accountable to the success of their assigned engagements.
Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class project management, oversight, build, and customer service for end users and stakeholders of the EHR system.
- Manage multiple project workstreams across multiple clients (time slicing).
- Develop, mentor, train and oversee a team of analysts ranging from entry level to senior to provide best-in-class project outcomes at multiple clients.
- Manage scope, work product, and time billed for resources assigned to your teams and projects.
- Develop and grow teams of entry level analysts to skilled technical project builders over a period of 3-5 years.
- Develop training curricula and materials to support the development of entry level analysts.
- Translate complex requirements from stakeholders into workflows and build and document decisions for future reference.
- Assess criticality of requests against the current system functionality, maintenance implications, and value of the build for stakeholders.
- Perform design, build, and testing for application functions with minimal errors.
- Drive data analysis and reporting to support clinical and administrative decision-making.
Requirements
- Certification in their EHR of expertise (For Epic roles, certification required).
- 3+ years of experience leading teams or projects
- Experience and excitement around mentoring and training team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field.
- Expert understanding of EHR systems, implementations, support methodologies, integrations, and third party applications related to their scope of expertise
- Minimum (5) years of technical application build and migration experience
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills as an internal leader and mentor and as a client facing consultant.

Compensation
- Travel requirements are up to 25% annually.

- This role has a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus.
