About the role

- As the Recruiting/HR Coordinator you will report to the Human Resource Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system which includes editing/posting job descriptions, sourcing/pre-screening applicants, reference checks and assisting management with interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with the company's hiring managers to identify candidates and create a sense of urgency within the organization to ensure the correct hiring procedures are followed.
- In the capacity of a headhunter, develop tools and methods to proactively pursue candidates within the industry or in other complementary industries.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion concerning onboarding information and other personnel actions.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions related to the hiring process.
Requirements
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse Recruiting).
- must be detailed oriented, able to multitask and make decisions independently with regulatory guidelines.
- Professional demeanor in dealing with others, must be able to interact and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization.

- travel may be required as needed.
- Associate or bachelor's degree and/or equivalent recruiting experience.
- At least two (2) years in recruiting with strong interviewing skills.
- High sense of urgency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills; must be detailed oriented, able to multitask and make decisions independently with regulatory guidelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a valid driver's license; a vehicle is required to perform the job; travel may be required as needed.
