Responsibilities
- Own enterprise inventory forecasting processes across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and channel inventory.
- Develop and communicate inventory strategies, DIO targets, and working capital recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive root-cause analysis of inventory changes, forecast variances, and operational performance drivers.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Business Units to optimize inventory and support business objectives.
- Lead inventory-related inputs for business plans, budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses supporting supply chain, manufacturing, and strategic decision-making.
- Support executive reviews, Board-level materials, and CFO-level discussions regarding inventory, working capital, and operational performance.
- Lead finance process modernization initiatives including system migration, forecasting automation, data governance, and reporting transformation.
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve processes, and implement scalable solutions.
- Identify finance workflows that are amenable to AI-enabled solutions, automation, or advanced analytics; develop use cases, partner with stakeholders on implementation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including roles supporting manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or semiconductor businesses.
- Experience in both FP&A and controllership/accounting-oriented environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, forecasting, planning, and working capital management.
- Experience partnering with executive leaders and influencing strategic decisions.

Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing environments and global supply chains.
- Experience with enterprise planning platforms such as SAP, SAC-P, S/4, Anaplan, TM1, or similar.
- Experience leading digital transformation, automation, reporting, or analytics initiatives.
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
- $151,000.00 - $313,000.00 a year
- The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
