Queens College is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facility Coordinator to oversee athletic and recreational facility rentals and daily setup operations.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all rentals and scheduled activities run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with facility policies.
This position requires a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations.
The Facility Coordinator represents the department during all assigned shifts and is expected to provide professional and courteous service at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This includes setting up and breaking down soccer fields and practice fields according to event requirements, opening and closing facilities as scheduled, and managing the closing of the tennis bubble when required.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
