- Provide estimates for labor, material, and other costs for quotes and timeline development.
Requirements
- The Senior Mechanical Engineer must have expertise in all areas of mechanical engineering and possess basic knowledge of other disciplines with the ability to clearly communicate with clients and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology 5+ years' experience in analyzing, designing, and planning mechanical engineering systems in commercial buildings.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must have reliable transportation to conduct client site visits.
- Strong understanding of mechanical schematics and ability to troubleshoot failures.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment.

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills; able to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
