Responsibilities

  • Product copy across all touchpoints including in-app flows, onboarding, member communications, notifications, action plans, empty states, error handling, and more Brand voice stewardship: define, evolve, and defend Function's voice across surfaces and contributors Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Product, and Clinical to ensure copy is accurate, human, and on-brand.
  • Always flagging inconsistencies, and raising copy-related edge cases early in the process UX writing upstream of design decisions.
