About the role
- The Senior EHS Program Manager - Construction works directly with Construction Managers and Superintendents within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) group, reporting to the EHS Director.
Responsibilities
- Develop EHS improvement strategies, including injury reduction, fatality prevention, and safety culture
- Ability to lead, influence, and coordinate own and others' actions; strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills

- 3-5 years of construction EHS experience required.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, with occasional nights and weekends as required
Nice to have
- Experience in utility-scale solar or battery energy storage construction EHS is strongly preferred
Compensation
- Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
