About the role
- The Procurement and Contract Specialist serves as a Procurement resource for assigned indirect procurement engagements and commercial contracting activities across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
- This position manages procurement activities from initial engagement through contract execution and implementation, working closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to help ensure timely and effective execution of business initiatives.
- The position independently manages routine and moderately complex indirect procurement engagements, including commercial negotiations, contract development, vendor onboarding, and cross-functional coordination while supporting multiple concurrent business initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
