About the role

  • You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and the Senior Living community-turning in-person conversations into measurable demand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Further's national field marketing strategy in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Own Further's end-to-end presence at regional conferences and association events nationwide.
  • Partner closely with Sales to align field efforts with territories, target accounts, and revenue goals.
  • Initiate and sustain high-quality, real-time conversations that surface needs and create immediate sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or Demand Generation.
  • Experience owning national or multi-region field marketing programs.
  • Proven ability to tie events directly to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple events, regions, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with state and regional Senior Living associations.
  • Experience marketing to SMB or mid-market buyers.

Compensation

  • The annual base salary for this role ranges from $100,000 to $125,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • This role also includes a target bonus, with on-target earnings (OTE) varying based on base salary and performance.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, transferable skills, business needs, expected impact, and market conditions.
