Responsibilities

  • The Styling Support Specialist partners closely with the styling team to deliver an exceptional, luxury client experience by preparing merchandise, supporting appointments, and ensuring seamless floor execution.
  • This role enhances stylist productivity through proactive outfit building, inventory coordination, and operational excellence, while maintaining elevated presentation standards both front- and back-of-house.
  • Client and Styling Support
  • Assist with outfit building and accessory pairing
  • Help maintain floor presentation (replenish and merchandise)
  • Manage go-backs and re-stocking
  • Maintain BOH standards

Requirements

  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Retail or relevant customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
